In this context, we are looking for a Head of the Sanitary Sector who wishes to take full responsibility for a department and actively participate in its rise.MissionIn direct connection with management, you will take full responsibility for the sector, ensuring the technical, human, and financial steering of the department and supervising project managers and teams. You will oversee offers, follow up on construction sites, and ensure profitability. You will develop and maintain solid relationships with architects, engineers, management, and private clients. You will actively contribute to processes and the overall performance of the sector, both in terms of execution quality and results. You will have real autonomy in managing your sector, with decision-making power over technical priorities.ProfileYou have solid experience in the sanitary sector, ideally in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, and have already independently managed projects. You understand the economic stakes of a department and know how to steer the profitability of your activities. You are comfortable with digital tools and open to transitioning to an ERP system. You have a responsible approach, capable of making decisions, taking responsibility, and leading.
