Healthcare Recruitment Compliance Administrator

KIMS Hospital in Maidstone is seeking a Compliance Administrator to join the Recruitment & Training Team. You will support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and pre-employment checks, ensuring our standards of compliance are met.

The role focuses on coordinating Right to Work, references, DBS and occupational health checks, maintaining records, and providing training administration. You will work closely with candidates, hiring managers and colleagues to deliver a smooth onboarding experience.
