Healthcare HR & Employee Relations Partner

The Coombe Hospital is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead Industrial/Employee Relations and HR Operations as part of our HR team. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers, resolving workplace issues with proactive HR & IR/ER support and guidance.

You will engage in consultations with local and external unions, manage workplace investigations with integrity, and provide HR support across allocated staff groups. Equality and best practice are central to our approach.
