Healthcare Customer Service Team Leader

Pyramid8 is recruiting a Customer Services Team Leader to join a leading healthcare provider delivering NHS-funded services. You will lead a multi skilled team across two sites, Normanton and Pontefract, and stay hands on with reception, calls and referrals while driving performance and patient experience.

This hands on leadership role focuses on coaching, developing staff and delivering outstanding service in a busy healthcare environment. Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours with some flexibility.
