Healthcare Corporate Finance Associate - M&A & Financing

Houlihan Lokey in London is seeking an Associate in the Healthcare group within Corporate Finance. You will prepare, analyse and explain historical and projected financial information, build robust models, and support due diligence and client engagements on a range of M&A and financing transactions.

The role requires strong financial modeling, knowledge of LBO/DCF methods, and excellent English communication.
