Healthcare Construction Project Lead Budget, H&S, BIM

VINCI Building UK is seeking a Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering medium to large building projects on budget and in programme. You will move from Preconstruction to site, lead from the front with a strong H&S ethos, and work with a UK main contractor across healthcare sectors.

You will own project finances, liaise with the commercial team, produce monthly CVRs, chair client meetings and report progress to the Contracts Manager.
