Healthcare Assistant

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Healthcare Assistant to join our team. You will need to demonstrate experience working in a healthcare environment and providing patient support.
Your role will involve working with a dedicated team of Senior Radiographers/Radiographers, Assistant Practitioners, HCAs, and administrative staff. This is a 40 hour per week position.

Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in patient preparation
- Chaperoning patients
- Assisting with cannulation
- Positioning patients on the scanner
- Clinical stock management
- Clinical audits
- Processing patients via our E Systems
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong IT and administration skills
- Ability to understand and comply with radiation protection protocols
- Excellent patient care skills and a compassionate attitude
- Attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to work accurately under pressure
