We are recruiting Healthcare Assistants to join a spacious, newly built residential service featuring 45 en-suite bedrooms and state-of-the-art facilities designed to promote wellbeing, relaxation, and a sense of community. About the Service

The service provides:

Specialist residential care for adults

45 residents, each supported individually in a modern, homely setting

Long-term placements with attention to privacy, dignity, and personal choice

Activities, therapy sessions, and programmes designed to support mental alertness, social interaction, and self-esteem

Facilities including a fully equipped hair salon, therapy room, sensory garden, and peaceful nature walks

Opportunities for residents to participate in the development of their individualised care plans

Your Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, person-centred care

Support residents with personal care and daily living tasks

Promote independence, dignity, and choice

Assist with mobility, emotional support, and wellbeing

Maintain accurate care records

Engage residents in meaningful activities and social interaction

What We're Looking For

Previous care experience preferred

NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care preferred

A compassionate, patient, and professional approach

Good communication and teamwork skills

A genuine passion for supporting adults and enhancing their wellbeing
