Job Description- Give consumers great personal care by helping them with their daily tasks and meeting their specific needs.
- Make sure that those who are at risk of abuse are protected and report any symptoms of abuse that you see or hear about.
- To help patients take their medicine at the level of support that was agreed upon and as described in their individual care plans and risk assessments.
- Make meals that take into account the likes and dislikes, nutritional needs, and cultural needs of the people you serve, while also keeping things clean.
- Writing down service users' personal information, care plans, medical records, changes to their health, and other important information in the carer's notes.
- Using manual handling tools in a safe and correct way.
- Go to staff meetings and training sessions when asked.

- The ability to cooperate well with others.

- Able to write good documentation.
- A valid driver's license and an automobile that you can drive (helpful)
- An up-to-date Enhanced DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service) is a plus, but not necessary.
- Must be able to work in the UK.
- Access to Care Certificate and other training credentials.
- A competitive hourly wage of £12.71 to £14.00, depending on your skills and experience.
