About the RoleJoin the leadership team at Europe's largest and most advanced pre-assembly facility, where robotics, logistics, lifting, and automation converge. As Health,Safety & Wellbeing Manager, you'll:
Champion our Inclusion + Wellbeing programme and shape what "safe" truly means.
Lead positive investigations and appreciative enquiries - focusing on what works and why.
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with operations, design, and manufacturing teams.
Influence leadership behaviours and soft skills to drive sustainable change.
Bring insight to life through coaching, hosting, mentoring, and proactive assurance activities.
Level 5 H&S qualification (minimum) and professional membership (e.g. IOSH or similar)
Strong technical knowledge across safety, occupational health, and wellbeing
Skilled communicator, coach, and mentor - with the emotional intelligence to build trust and respect
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
Experience working in high-risk or complex environments (e.g., manufacturing, engineering, logistics)
