We are seeking an exceptional Health Club & Spa Receptionist to join the team at Claridge's.

Claridge's Spa

Claridge's Spa is an epicentre of wellness, showcasing healing rituals, a knowledge of restorative body work and the latest bio-innovation to amplify emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing.Your role will be defined by grace, warmth and serenity, as you gently guide guests into a world of calm, far removed from the city's hustle and bustle.

As Health Club & Spa Receptionist you will be responsible for:

• Making reservations and develop excellent product and treatment knowledge, in order to advise guests of the products and treatments that would suit their needs.


• Opening up the Health Club and Spa in the morning, meeting and greeting guests and visitors throughout the day. Processing payments, controlling any reception based administration/filing, processing vouchers and membership and mail order product sales are also part of this position.


• Ensuring that all facilities are kept immaculate e.g. fruits, water, juices and towel supplies for the guests are restocked.
