Health Club & Spa Receptionist - St Pierre Park Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort

Location: St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1FD. Salary: Starting at £14.32 per hour + service charge + excellent colleague benefits. Job type: Full time, Permanent, 5 days out of 7.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Health Club & Spa Receptionist to join our team at St Pierre Park Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort.

As an integral part of our hospitality family, you will help create unforgettable moments for guests, ensuring their experience is seamless and memorable.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first impression and welcoming face for guests at reception.
  • Set up and maintain spa and poolside areas, ensuring a pristine, safe environment.
  • Assist in smooth operation of the on site coffee shop.
  • Support the planning and execution of member events and community activities.
  • Manage bookings for spa treatments, fitness classes, and personal training sessions.
  • Guide guests through the club's facilities and promote services and memberships.
Working Hours

Full time role: 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 including weekend rotations. Flexible hours can be accommodated where possible.
