Health Care Assistant Role Overview

You'll be providing 1-2-1 care in clients' own homes, supporting individuals with complex clinical needs to live as independently and comfortably as possible.

Responsibilities

• Supporting with tracheostomy care, ventilation & respiratory needs
• Assisting with PEG feeding and nutritional support
• Managing medication and clinical observations
• Delivering personal care with dignity and respect
• Monitoring and responding to changes in condition
• Working closely with families and healthcare professionals

• Complex neurological conditions

• Physical disabilities
• Palliative and end-of-life care requirements

Candidate

• Experience of working in complex care
• A caring, reliable and compassionate approach
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
