The Health & Wellbeing Coordinator role at Wytham House, a 40-bed Nursing, Dementia and Palliative Care Home in Farmoor, Oxfordshire, offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of the residents. Main duties of the jobAs the Health & Wellbeing Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and delivering a range of activities and programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of the residents. This includes organizing and facilitating social, recreational, and therapeutic activities, as well as collaborating with the care team to develop personalized care plans. Your role will involve assessing the residents' needs, coordinating schedules, and monitoring the effectiveness of the activities. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and contributing to the overall quality of care provided at the home.

Person Specification Qualifications- The ideal candidate for the Health & Wellbeing Coordinator role will have experience in a similar position, with a background in occupational therapy, activity coordination, or a related field. Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and a passion for enhancing the wellbeing of older adults are essential. A relevant degree or qualification in occupational therapy or a related discipline is preferred.
