Health & Social Care Training Manager Flexible Hours

Realise UK is seeking a senior operations leader to head a team of 12-14 Trainers and Lead Trainers in Health and Social Care. You will drive quality, compliance, and learner outcomes while aligning with Realise's strategic objectives.

In this role you will recruit, onboard, and develop staff, forecast capacity, monitor learner progress, and collaborate with the Quality Team to respond to assurance actions.
