We are launching a new supported living service for individuals with mental health needs and are looking for a passionate and experienced manager to lead and shape this service from the outset.

As the Local Service Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and development of the service, ensuring high quality, person centred support that promotes independence, recovery, and wellbeing. You will lead a team of support staff, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
