Health & Safey Manager

An experienced Health and Safety Manager is sought for a large multi-use venue in Dublin. You'll be the main point of contact for all H&S matters, owning the site's H&S plan, guiding existing staff, and managing external H&S expertise as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and enforce H&S policy and work rules across all site activities
• Manage external safety resources for specific projects/events
• Conduct audits, investigations and safety inspections
• Liaise with staff, contractors, the HSA and other authorities
• Manage contractor compliance and lead coordination meetings
• Deliver site induction/orientation content

The Candidate:

• Formal H&S qualifications with relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Irish and European H&S legislation
• Confident managing contractor compliance on a live, multi-use site
• Strong stakeholder management skills
