Reporting directly to the Director of Property & Development, you'll lead and embed our safety culture maintaining high health and safety standards. From delivering tailored training programmes for staff to chairing the Health and Safety Panel, your work will empower teams and ensure compliance with evolving legislation. You'll also oversee action plans and champion operational improvements, creating a safer environment for all.
