SSA are recruiting a Health & Safety Manager on behalf of a multinational Main Contractor to be based on a Landmark Datacentre project within Finland. This is a permanent position within the company.

About the role:

• Operate as a Health & Safety Manager working on a landmark Datacentre project

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Deliver to all stakeholders general advice and direction on all aspects of health and safety.
• Deliver induction training for health and safety
• Achieve compliance with the organisation's HSQE policies, procedures, and systems.
• Assist in spreading the word about method statements, safety plans, and toolbox talks
• Compile the entire Safety File and prepare the Client for delivery.
• Promote the company's objectives for a safe and incident-free workplace
• Review corrective measures taken in response to incidents, inspections, and audits on a regular basis.
• Conduct routine site audits and inspections, and report results to senior management.
• Continually communicate with senior management

To be successful in your application you will possess the following:

• Hold a relevant Qualification.
• Minimum 3 years' Health & Safety experience.
• Datacentre experience preferable.
