The Health and Safety Lead will be responsible for a comprehensive review of policies, systems and procedures in line with legislative requirements, incident management, auditing and governance across both office and public facing environments to ensure a safe environment for staff, visitors, and contractors at Wellcome. The minimum requirements of the role are: Relevant certifications in health and safety management (e.g., NEBOSH). Proven senior experience in a health and safety management role, preferably within both office-based and public environments. Budget management: experience of managing budgets and headcount and leading positive, high performing teams with inclusive working cultures.
