About the role:

• Full Time, Permanent, Site-Based position

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's Health, Safety and Wellbeing Management System.
• Assist management in ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation, regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure safe working practices are maintained.
• Participate in accident, incident and near-miss investigations, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
• Deliver safety inductions and support the coordination of employee health and safety training programmes.
• Assist in the preparation and review of risk assessments, method statements and safe operating procedures.
• Promote a positive safety culture through employee engagement, awareness campaigns and behavioural safety initiatives.
• Maintain health and safety records, reports, training matrices and statutory documentation.
• Support emergency preparedness activities, including drills, response planning and first aid arrangements.
• Liaise with employees, contractors and external stakeholders on health and safety matters.
• Assist with the management of contractor safety and permit-to-work systems where applicable.

To be successful in your application you will ideally possess the following;

• Relevant H&S Qualification
• 3+ Years Experience in Manufacturing Desirable
• Strong communication skills
