Health & Safety Lead - Flexible, Impactful & Growth

Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board is seeking a Health and Safety Coordinator to provide health and safety support to departmental managers across CTMUHB sites, overseeing incident investigations, audits, and training programmes.

The role requires knowledge of regulatory requirements, ability to lead risk assessments, COSHH, PPE coordination, and to work with and influence senior leaders; Welsh language skills are desirable.
