Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the company's Health & Safety Management System across data centers construction sites.
• Carry out regular site inspections, audits, and safety reviews to ensure full legislative and company compliance.
• Deliver toolbox talks, site inductions, and H&S training to site teams and contractors.
• Develop, review, and update risk assessments, method statements, and safety documentation.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, ensuring accurate reporting and corrective actions.
• Promote a strong safety culture by positively challenging unsafe behaviours and site practices.
• Liaise with site management, clients, insurers, and external authorities as required.
• Track and report health and safety performance, trends, and key metrics to senior management.
• Support tender prequalification submissions and safety-related documentation.
