Job Description
Health & Safety Advisor (Cork) 
A leading construction contractor is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join their team supporting a range of commercial construction projects across Cork City and West Cork.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Health & Safety professional to work closely with project teams, ensuring high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across multiple construction projects.
Responsibilities- Implement and maintain health & safety procedures across projects
- Carry out site inspections, audits, and safety observations
- Support teams with risk assessments, method statements, and safety documentation
- Monitor compliance with legislation, company policies, and project requirements
- Provide health & safety guidance and training to site teams
- Investigate incidents and support corrective actions
- Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
- Maintain accurate safety records and reports
- Promote a strong health & safety culture across all sites
- Experience as a Health & Safety Advisor within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of Irish health & safety legislation and construction regulations
- Experience supporting commercial construction projects preferred
- Relevant Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent desirable)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to engage effectively with site teams and subcontractors
- Full driving licence
- €60k-€70k DOE
