Health & Safety Advisor

Seeking an experienced EHS professional to provide interim on-site support to the EHS function during a recruitment transition period. The successful candidate will support day-to-day Environmental, Health & Safety activities across the manufacturing site, ensuring continued compliance and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support general EHS management activities across the site
• Assist with incident reporting, investigation, and follow-up actions
• Provide support on ergonomic assessments and workplace improvements
• Assist with chemical management and EHS compliance requirements
• Participate in risk assessments, audits, inspections, and safety initiatives
• Support employee engagement and EHS awareness activities
• Maintain EHS documentation and records as required
• Liaise with operational teams to promote a strong safety culture

Requirements

• 3+ years' EHS experience within a manufacturing environment
• Good knowledge of incident management, ergonomics, and chemical safety
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently on-site and engage with cross functional teams

Working Arrangement

• On-site role
• Approximately 2-3 days per week
