Job Description
Health & Safety Advisor - West Dublin 
Package: Company Vehicle Pension Laptop & Phone
We are seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to join a leading construction company operating across the Dublin West. This is a key role focused on driving a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance, and reducing risk across multiple live sites.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and enforce H&S policies across all sites
- Carry out site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Deliver toolbox talks and H&S training
- Support RAMS, site safety plans, and compliance documentation
- Liaise with site teams, management, and external bodies
- Level 7 Health & Safety qualification (preferable)
- 2-5 years' construction H&S experience
- Strong knowledge of construction safety legislation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel
