The OpportunityAre you an experienced Health and Injury Coordinator? Join our Health and Safety team on a permanent 8/6 roster, FIFO ex Perth (back-to-back role).
You will be responsible for managing work and non-work related injuries and illnesses, applying effective early intervention strategies to all cases to achieve the best possible outcomes. The role will also involve working closely with the Health and Safety team on Health and Wellbeing projects and reporting to the Manager - Health & Injury Management.
Provide efficient and effective injury management services, accurate and timely advice on injury management and workers compensation issues to the business using your strong communication skills as you liaise with key stakeholders which include doctors, other medical professionals, contractors, Workers' Compensation Insurers, Human Resources and the Health and Safety Team.
Qualifications- Working knowledge of the Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act and Regulations 2023
- Coordinating onsite Health and Wellness Programs
- Relevant tertiary education
- A current WA Manual Driver's Licence is essential.
