Health & Fitness Centre Manager - Lead Programs & Growth

The Cheltenham Trust is seeking a Health and Fitness Manager for Leisure at Cheltenham to lead the centre's health and fitness programmes and timetable. You will drive commercial performance and deliver an excellent member experience across facilities.

You will supervise a Health and Fitness team, engage members, and collaborate with the Head of Leisure to enhance programmes and the customer journey.
