The Role

As Principal, you will provide both strategic and operational leadership, driving excellence in outcomes, culture, and inclusion.

Key priorities include:

  • Delivering outstanding teaching, learning, and curriculum
  • Creating a culture of high expectations and belonging for all
  • Leading and developing high-performing staff teams
  • Strengthening relationships with families, stakeholders, and the wider communityEnsuring equity, inclusion, and opportunity for every student

You will play a key role not only within the academy, but across the wider Trust as a collaborative leader.
