For one of our clients, a high-end catering company, we are seeking: Head waiter - Diploma from a recognized hotel school specializing in banquet service / high-end catering - Excellent appearance and impeccable demeanor - Attention to detail and a strong sense of service with high quality standards - French + English, another language is a plus - Valid driver's license + vehicle required - Flexibility demanded for catering and events - Supervise all service teams (runners, head waiters, bar staff, etc.) - Maintain a level of excellence at all times, welcoming, and during service - Manage food and non-food orders - Capable of loading/unloading trucks and working closely with kitchen teams. jid9b9a698aen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
