Job Overview

This London Head Nurse position spans two neighbouring branches located one mile apart, with your time equally divided between the two sites across the working week. The role includes a shared weekend rota: one in three Saturdays at a branch, one in three Saturdays or Sundays, or one in six full weekends at the nearby hospital. You will also cover a small number of bank holiday shifts each year (typically two to three) and a limited number of on call weeks annually.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the nursing team across both sites, motivating and empowering staff.
• Manage the shared weekend and on call rota.
• Contribute to specialist weekend care at the hospital partner.
• Maintain high standards of patient and client care.

Qualifications

• RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse.
• Strong commitment to quality patient and client care.
• Ability to motivate, support, and inspire colleagues.
