Head Swim Coach & Site Leader: Grow Programs & Lead Team

Swim England is looking for a Site Leader responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons, leading a team, and managing the growth of the swimming program. This role requires strong leadership, teaching skills, and excellent communication.

The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching swimming to children and hold a Swim England Level 2 qualification. Responsibilities include maintaining teaching standards and building community relationships.
