Head Spa Therapist & Team Leader - Elevate Guest Experience

Stoke by Nayland Hotel, Golf & Spa is seeking an experienced Head Therapist to join our Spa team. This hands-on leadership role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing people and driving spa performance.

You will support the Spa Manager in leading a high-performing therapist team, maintaining the highest standards of treatment delivery, guest care, training and operational excellence. Due to our Dedham Vale location, having your own transport is essential.
