Head RVN & Clinical Lead - 4-Day Week, Supportive Practice

Bright Leaf Recruitment client in Oxfordshire seeks an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to step into a Head Nurse role. You will guide the nursing team, uphold patient care standards and nursing protocols across two sites.

The role is full-time, 40 hours over four days with a 1-in-6 weekend commitment. This position offers influence on practice development while remaining hands-on in clinical nursing, with access to ultrasound, ECG, dental suite and in-house labs.
