Head Pastry Production Lead - Weekdays Day Shifts

Perfect Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Head Chef with a strong pastry background to join our established pastry production operation in Cheshire.

You will lead a team of 10-12 chefs, oversee daily pastry production, ensure quality and consistency, and manage production schedules while maintaining food safety standards and continuous improvement. Daytime hours, with a role that balances hands-on kitchen leadership and production excellence.
