As Head Pastry Chef, you'll lead our pastry section with creativity and precision. From refined plated desserts to afternoon tea and freshly baked breads, you'll deliver standout pastry offerings that reflect our unique identity.
Who we are looking for:
- At least 3 years' experience in a senior pastry position in a high-end kitchen
- Creative flair and confidence in both classic and contemporary techniques
- Solid understanding of production planning, kitchen hygiene, and rota structure
- Methodical, calm, and driven to deliver consistently exceptional results

The on-target earning potential for this role is £45,630 per annum - comprising a base salary of £33,930, plus an estimated £11,700 in gratuities and service charge.
