Head of Youth Learning & Participation

The Royal Birmingham Conservatoire is seeking a Head of Young RBC to lead and coordinate activities for individuals under 18. This role oversees the Junior Department and the Learning & Participation programme, shaping a new strategic direction for youth engagement.

The appointment will succeed the long-serving Head of RBC Juniors, Tim English, who retires at the end of September. The deadline for applications is 17 August 2026.
