Head of Youth Athletic Development

Tonbridge School in Kent is seeking an outstanding Head of Athletic Development to lead and evolve our athletic programme, inspiring pupils to maximise their physical potential and sporting excellence across the School.

You will design progressive S&C sessions, monitor progress through testing, support injury prevention and rehabilitation, and collaborate with staff and external partners to advance pupil development.
