Head of Year - Student Wellbeing & Engagement

A UK Education Trust is seeking a dedicated Head of Year to support student wellbeing and personal development. The role involves fostering a positive learning environment, managing safeguarding responsibilities, and implementing school policies. The ideal candidate should exhibit energy and enthusiasm, have strong mentoring capabilities, and build effective relationships within the school community. This permanent position offers 37 hours per week, term-time only, starting on February 23, 2026.
