Head of Year - Pastoral, Attendance & Safeguarding

WMJobs is seeking a devoted Pastoral Lead to oversee a designated year group, providing pastoral leadership and ensuring every student progresses academically and personally. You will lead a team of tutors, monitor attendance, behaviour, and wellbeing, and coordinate interventions to tackle under-performance.

You will work closely with Deputy Headteacher and Heads of Department to track progress, plan assemblies, and ensure safeguarding is embedded in daily practice.
