Head of Workplace Experience & Operations

Specsavers is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to lead the delivery of workplace services in Nottingham, Guernsey, and Whiteley. You will oversee operations, ensuring safe and engaging environments for colleagues.

This leadership role requires managing a team of around 20 and involves operational excellence along with experience-led thinking. You will work closely with stakeholders to refine workplace experiences, reflecting Specsavers' culture and enhancing wellbeing and productivity.
