Head of Workplace & Facilities Operations

The Instant Group, now part of IWG, is seeking a Workplace Manager in London to lead onsite workplace operations at our client's headquarters. You will drive the community experience, manage facilities services and supplier relationships, and ensure health & safety compliance across a 50,000 sqft site.

You will lead a small team, oversee events, maintain SLAs/KPIs, and work closely with the client to deliver a best-in-class workplace experience within budget and timelines.
