Head of Women's Football - Growth & Strategy Leader

Southampton Football Club is recruiting a Head of Women's Football to lead the strategic development and operational delivery of the Women's and Girls' programme. You will oversee budgets, recruitment, contracts, and compliance across the pathway, ensuring best-in-class provision.

You will work with Club Secretary, Legal, and Finance to manage budgets, staff, and league requirements, while promoting safeguarding, equality, and inclusion across the team.
