Head of Wellbeing & Development - SEND Education

Sendsory in Ipswich, Suffolk, is seeking a Head of Wellbeing and Development to lead therapeutic learning and wellbeing initiatives for pupils aged 4-11 with SEND. The role is fixed-term for 12 months from 1 September 2026, 40 hours per week, term-time only, based in Ipswich.

You will deliver personalised sessions, support EHCP outcomes, promote life skills, and work with safeguarding and multi-agency teams.
