Burghley House is seeking a Head of Visitor Operations to lead visitor services, learning and education, retail, catering, hospitality, security and wider site operations at one of England's premier heritage destinations.

This senior, site-based role requires strategic leadership, a track record of managing high volume visitor environments and a clear ability to balance heritage, education and commercial success.
