Head of Verification & Validation - High-Impact Testing

MAKO is seeking a Verification & Validation Team Lead in Sydenham to lead the design, execution, and evaluation of complex test programs for product development and certification. You will mentor engineers and partner with Certification, Materials, Manufacturing and Quality teams to ensure robust evidence and efficient testing.

You will build processes, govern requirement management and systems engineering activities, and drive risk-based planning in a fast-moving startup environment.
