Head of UX & Design Systems

AMCS Group seeks an accomplished UX leader to steer the Platform Design System and UX framework across three Product Lines. You will own governance, drive consistency, and partner with Product Management and Engineering to embed UX in the SDLC.

You'll coach a growing UX/UI team, champion user research, and plan an operating model fit for scale in a matrix organisation, including consideration of AI-driven experiences and GDPR considerations.
