Head of User Research & Strategy

NatWest Group is seeking a Senior Research Manager to head up our research function across NatWest Boxed and Mettle. You will direct a small, high-calibre team of researchers, shaping priorities and ensuring a rigorous approach to user insights and strategy.

You will partner with product, design and ops to translate customer needs into measurable business outcomes, maintaining a high quality bar and driving excellence in research practices.
