Head of UK Payroll Operations - Multi-Site

Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead the UK payroll operation, supporting 1,100 employees across seven sites. You will oversee a payroll team, ensure accurate, compliant processing and partner with HR, Finance and external providers.

The role requires a strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, HMRC requirements and SOX controls, with a track record in payroll improvements and team development. A CIPP qualification is preferred.
