Head of Treasury & Structured Finance - Milton Keynes / Hybrid Working

This is a rare opportunity for a senior treasury professional to step into a highly visible leadership role within a growing UK financial services business.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of funding, liquidity and interest rate risk strategy, and contribute to the build-out and scale of a savings proposition central to the organisation's growth plans over the next 18 months.
• Lead a well-established structured finance and ABS programme, working closely with investors, banks, regulators and rating agencies.
• Lead and develop a high-performing treasury team; influence board-level decisions; act as a trusted advisor across the wider business on cost of funds, hedging, ALM and liquidity planning.
• Shape the future treasury landscape, challenge existing approaches, and leave a lasting legacy.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in treasury, liquidity risk and ILAAP within a retail savings bank or regulated financial services environment.
• Professional qualifications such as ACT, ACA or ACCA are welcomed.
• Confidence to engage senior stakeholders internally and externally.
